Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - 100% Remote Company Overview: Prodware Solutions is a leading consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology and business solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, supporting an insurance client. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who excels in communication and problem-solving, providing exceptional service to customers. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. - You will resolve customer issues related to insurance policies and claims. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and company policies. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals. - You will manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. - You will work flexible shifts between 8 AM - 5 PM EST or 10 AM - 7 PM EST. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with insurance claims and policy management. - Familiarity with W2 employment and contract roles. - Previous remote work experience. - Bilingual skills are an advantage.
