Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - 100% Remote Company Overview: Prodware Solutions is a leading consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology and customer service solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) working remotely with one of our key insurance clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This 6-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to develop your customer service skills while working in a dynamic and supportive setting. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies and services. - You will provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards. - You will manage your schedule effectively to cover shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM EST or 10 AM to 7 PM EST. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Familiarity with insurance products and terminology. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency. - Previous experience with consulting firms or contract positions.
