Job description Position Highlights: We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing team overseas. This individual will manage an overseas marketing team and play a key role in building a local marketing presence in Mexico, Latin America or Asia. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, hands-on leader who understands international marketing dynamics and can drive lead generation, branding, and digital growth in a fast-paced B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Management: • Oversee and optimize the performance of an overseas marketing team (e.g., graphic designers, content creators, ad specialists). • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing marketing team overseas. • Implement effective collaboration workflows and performance tracking systems. • Strategy & Execution: • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals (B2B focus). • Manage campaigns across digital (SEO, email, social, web), print, and trade shows. • Own the marketing calendar and deliver consistent brand messaging across all platforms. • Creative Oversight & Brand Management: • Ensure high-quality creative assets that reflect PRODIRECT’s brand voice and visual identity. • Vendor & Budget Management: • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and freelancers. • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B or healthcare/dental industry. • Proven success in managing overseas marketing teams and building new teams. • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, content, analytics). • Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a on-site environment.
