We are focused on merging concept, creation, procurement, and manufacturing to push a client's brand forward. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and heat press transfer decoration, in-house, for apparel, headwear, and bags as well an enormous range of other branded hard goods. We also have a talented team of graphic designers. All in all, we have solutions for any and all branding and marketing needs. We serve our customers, transaction by transaction, delivering on our promises each time, forging relationships that usually last for years. Our customers are entrepreneurs/owners or managers/directors at the companies we serve. You will build relationships with our customers. You will represent Prodigy in finding solutions to their needs. That is done through product suggestions, creative brainstorming, quotes, and design-work. Along with the relationships you will manage and develop the accounts, earning larger orders and working with additional contacts within the customer organization as trust is cultivated. You will source the products, help determine the right decoration methods, and write up orders to fulfill the customers’ needs. Internally you will work together with our design team, order management team, and production team as we design and deliver the branded goods to the customer on time. What You'll Actually Be Doing This role is about building trust, creating solutions, and growing your accounts. You’re the hub for our clients’ branding needs. Be the Relationship Architect: Forge lasting, high-value partnerships with entrepreneurs and company leaders through a series of successful, repeat transactions. Creative Hustle: Quickly turn leads into opportunities. This means sourcing products, providing creative suggestions, mocking up designs, and delivering quotes fast. Chase the Growth: Proactively hunt for new business alongside managing your existing accounts. Your growth directly fuels our growth (and your commission). Own the Process: Work seamlessly with our Design, Order Management, and Production teams to ensure every branded item gets to the client on time.
