ProdataKey (PDK) is building the future of cloud-based access control. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to create and qualify new pipeline-primarily through outbound outreach and end user prospecting, closing deals and handing them off to our dealer partners. This role is ideal for someone who is consistent, organized, and comfortable building a repeatable motion in a growing company. You will be a leader and innovator in the industry by assisting our partners though end user lead generation, closing and handoff to assist our partners in the growing of their business, recurring revenue and legacies. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified pipeline via phone/email/social; prospect and engage end users and drive partner-sourced opportunities; run discovery/qualification and hand off well-documented opportunities to AEs/channel leadership; execute territory/account plans with a disciplined daily/weekly cadence; maintain accurate CRM activity/notes/next steps; provide market feedback (objections, competitive insights, product requests) to Sales/Marketing/Product; coordinate with AEs, channel leadership, marketing, and sales ops to improve conversion. Success Metrics (First 3-6 Months): Qualified pipeline created ($ and count) vs target; meetingSQL and SQLopportunity conversion; partner-sourced meeting volume and activated partner contribution; speed to first qualified opportunity and consistent month-over-month output; CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline. Required Qualifications: 3+ years B2B BD/outbound/inside sales; proven pipeline generation through consistent outbound; strong discovery/qualification; comfortable in CRM-driven, metric-based environments; excellent written/verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling into/through security integrators (access control/video/intrusion/building tech) or adjacent; SaaS + hardware-enabled solutions; channel-led sales experience. What Success Looks Like: Consistent activity and production with strong lead quality; high ownership and follow-through; professional persistence and objection handling; fast learning curve in the security channel ecosystem.
