This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role combining customer success leadership, commercial ownership, and deep partnership with healthcare stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with a transplant center sales, medical device sales, or complex healthcare services background—particularly those experienced working with transplant centers, OPOs, or surgical device organizations. You will manage the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding through value realization, renewal, and expansion—while serving as a trusted partner to clients and an internal advocate for customer‑driven innovation. Candidates must be based on the U.S. West Coast with a preference for California. Key Responsibilities Client Success & Relationship Management • Own and manage client relationships to ensure exceptional experience, adoption, retention, and growth • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between client goals and ProCure’s solutions • Lead onboarding, ongoing engagement, and executive‑level business reviews Commercial & Growth Ownership • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities • Carry responsibility for key financial goals and defined success metrics • Build and develop a geographic territory with a strategic, hunter‑builder mindset Operational & Cross‑Functional Leadership • Design, implement, and continuously improve client‑facing processes (onboarding, reporting, documentation, business reviews) • Partner cross‑functionally with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience • Actively shepherd new product and service initiatives informed by customer needs and market insights Additional Responsibilities • Analyze engagement and performance data to inform strategy and decision‑making • Travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events (anticipated travel ~50%) • Support other strategic initiatives and projects as needed Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Healthcare experience required, strongly preferred within: Organ transplantation (Transplant Centers, Transplant Center transportation and device sales, OPOs, donor services) • Medical device sales or surgical technology companies (e.g JNJ, Medtronic or similar) • Demonstrated experience owning a sales quota or equivalent revenue responsibility • Proven ability to build and grow a territory or market • Strong executive‑level communication and relationship‑building skills • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Experience operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments • Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability • Hunter mentality with the ability to drive critical conversations with clients Location: Remote, West Coast U.S. How to Apply: https://www.jotform.com/build/232695663109160
