The Investor Reporting Analyst II is responsible for managing complex investor reporting tasks and agency relationships, preparing daily and monthly reports, and ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. This role also involves conducting in-depth analysis of servicing transactional data and driving process improvements.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Investor Reporting or Investor Accounting. Advanced knowledge of agency reporting requirements and proficiency in servicing platforms and billing systems are also required.

Summary: Reporting to the AVP, Investor Reporting, this position is responsible for managing complex investor reporting tasks, including managing agency relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae, as well as complex securities transactions. This role prepares and issues daily and monthly reports and processes the transfer of loans between clients or agencies. Additionally, this position reviews and resolves monthly custodial account reconciliations and conducts in-depth analysis of servicing transactional data to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. This role serves as a subject matter expert in investor reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables, while driving process improvements and addressing escalated issues. Essential Duties and Functions (includes the following; other duties may be assigned): Prepare and issue complex daily and monthly investor reports for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae, and other private-label securities. Manage reporting and remittance processes for complex securities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all agency and client guidelines. Serve as a liaison for agency relationships, addressing escalated issues and ensuring compliance with agency requirements. Process the transfer of loans in connection with sales between clients or agencies, meeting timelines and maintaining accuracy. Oversee the review and resolution of monthly custodial account reconciliations, ensuring all outstanding items are addressed promptly. Conduct in-depth analysis of servicing transactional data and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines; proactively identify and escalate issues to leadership, providing actionable solutions. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting, reconciliation and remittance functions. Complete billing and remittance functions, administering service-level treasury operations, including preparing wires, transfers and remittance reports, while adhering to strict deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams and external client inquiries related to investor reporting, providing detailed and accurate solutions to ensure smooth operations and alignment on goals. Add, update and maintain client information and investor fee schedules in the billing/ remittance system. Interface with the servicing platform, treasury system and other departments to access and analyze loan histories and financial data. Mentor and provide guidance and training to team members on investor reporting processes; act as a point of escalation for team members to resolve complex issues. Lead and/ or participate in team projects and initiatives to include continuous improvement, automation and compliance with industry best practices.
