On behalf of our HR client, Procom is searching for a Recruiter III for a contract role. This position is a remote position with potential to be onsite at our client's East Coast office in 2026. Recruiter III - Job Description: This role involves managing a requisition load for Financial advisor roles, supporting the Wealth and Financial advisory sectors. The project includes developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process using Workday. Recruiter III - Responsibilities: • Actively manage a requisition load of 2-25 Financial advisor roles • Conduct intake sessions with managers for new requisitions • Develop a sourcing/attraction strategy for each requisition • Review candidates daily and reach out to external prospects • Conduct video interviews and provide summary write-ups to hiring managers • Schedule interviews and gather feedback • Formulate and present offers to candidates • Process offers and complete hiring tasks post-background checks • Regret non-selected candidates positively • Attend regular business and team meetings Recruiter III - Mandatory Skills: • Recruitment experience: 5 years • Strong sourcing experience • Wealth recruitment background: 3 years • Headhunting/Sourcing experience in a Corporate and/or Agency environment Recruiter III - Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with Workday recruitment Recruiter III - Assignment Length: This is a contract position until the end of the fiscal year 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
