Remote Inside Sales Associate-Healthcare-2 Years of Healthcare Sales Required We are looking for highly success-driven professionals with experience in healthcare sales and marketing to join our inside sales team that will cover a large territory and will focus on a defined target list of physicians. A great opportunity for the right person who can work independently or who has two years of experience in inside or outside sales within Pharma, Medical Device or Orphan Drug/Rare Disease and is looking to transition to inside sales. This position is ideal for anyone who has worked for an inside sales company, worked in a physician’s office, has Pharma, Medical Device or Orphan Drug/Rare Disease selling experience, or medical assistant or nursing background. Remote Inside Sales Associate Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA • Excellent communication and writing skills • Proficiency with MS Office • 2 years of experience in healthcare sales and customer service with a proven track record of success • Technical learning and agility • Motivated to excel within a competitive and collaborative environment • Skilled in executing outbound calls and email interactions with assigned targets • Strong prioritizing, multi-tasking and time management skills to meet sales goals and deadlines Remote Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities: • Ability to handle high call volume • Utilize CRM software to accurately track interactions and manage relationships effectively • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to address questions from healthcare providers • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growing market share within the territory Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year inclusive of benefits Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Work Location: Remote Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: Remote
