Department: R&D Center – Server Department Location: California (Chino / San Bernardino) About the Client This role is on behalf of a leading technology company developing high-performance server solutions. The team focuses on innovative thermal management for AI servers and data centers, including liquid cooling technologies. The Product Manager will serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal R&D, helping shape liquid cooling solutions for cutting-edge server systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Solution Design and Support • Analyze customer requirements such as thermal power, space constraints, reliability targets, and PUE objectives. • Develop and propose liquid cooling solutions, including cold plates, immersion cooling, manifolds, and sealing structures, in collaboration with the R&D team. • Support diverse cooling applications, including IGBT heat dissipation and water-cooling radiators. • Master cooling system testing methods: thermal testing, pressure testing, leak testing, and other reliability evaluations. • Monitor industry trends in chip and server liquid cooling technologies, contributing to research and innovative solution development. 2. Customer Technical Support • Act as the primary technical interface with customers and participate in technical discussions. • Communicate effectively with internal R&D teams and promptly address customer concerns. • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project coordination materials. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration, Thermal Control, or related field. Strong foundation in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration principles. • Familiarity with data center design standards, mainstream data center infrastructure, and liquid-cooled server design solutions. Awareness of industry trends in liquid cooling. • Minimum 3 years of experience in cooling system engineering for data centers or AI server clusters, including at least one notable successful project in the past 3 years. • Strong customer communication, needs analysis, on-site problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Proficient in technical documentation and project coordination. • Fluent in English and Chinese (oral proficiency prioritized).
