Hiring: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Mobile Primary Healthcare Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in primary healthcare with a focus on patient-centered, comprehensive care? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, providing primary healthcare services to patients in their homes and in assisted living facilities. Our services span a wide range, including: • Primary Care • Pain Management • Sports Medicine • Women's Health Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients in their homes and in assisted living facilities. • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests. • Prescribe medications and manage patient prescriptions. • Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records. • Adhere strictly to all clinical protocols, compliance regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of care. • Travel to patient locations as required. Qualifications: • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Michigan. • Board Certification in a relevant area (if applicable). • Experience in primary healthcare is required. • Experience in home health or geriatric care is a strong asset. • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with a remote team. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Dedication to maintaining strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and internal policies. • Very important: Likable and good interaction skills with patients.
