Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager/Estimator to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrate expertise in change management, team leadership, and program development. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality outcomes. Responsibilities Oversee the entire project management lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while maintaining cost control measures. Lead cross-functional teams in executing project tasks and achieving milestones. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve conflicts, and negotiate project changes. Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous work in Property Managment/Sales desired. Strong understanding of construction. Understand change order process and estimating. Reading Plans. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising personnel. Strong Communication Skills. Proficient in project portfolio management and program management principles. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization of tasks. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, risk management, and all management techniques. Familiarity with business process modeling, process mapping, and requirements management practices. Experience with data analysis skill for informed decision-making based on collected data insights. strong presentation skills for effectively communicating project updates to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to adapt to various IT infrastructures and systems including ERP systems and content management systems.
