Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. Pro Mechs Hydraulic Hose & Cylinder Service is a trusted provider of on-site hydraulic hose and cylinder repair, serving industries like construction, manufacturing, and agricultural heavy equipment. Responsibilities: • Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs of hydraulic and industrial hoses on heavy machinery • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute safe, high-quality repairs • Provide exceptional customer service while fostering long-term client relationships • Recognize and communicate potential sales opportunities during service visits • Operate and upkeep a fully equipped mobile service van (company vehicle supplied) • Accurately complete work orders and effectively manage parts inventory Qualifications: • We welcome applications from veterans and service members transitioning to civilian careers. Military experience valued; veterans strongly encouraged to apply. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in repair or technical roles (e.g., hydraulics, automotive, industrial equipment) • Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong commitment to safety • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities • Physically capable of performing manual tasks in diverse field environments Physical & Work Requirements: • Field-based position requiring travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle • Routine lifting of materials and equipment up to 50 lbs • Frequent outdoor work in various weather and site conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Mechanic: 3 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
