Do we have your attention? Keep reading. Pharmaworks, a Pro Mach Company, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by overseeing facility operations, performing maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, managing projects, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do? • Keep our workplace safe, clean, and efficient though daily inspections and proactive maintenance. • Partner with production managers and cross-functional teams to uphold high facility standards. • Lead facility improvement projects across mechanical, electrical, and building systems. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including HVAC servicing. • Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issues—getting to the root cause. • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for upgrades and repairs. • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. • Support machinery relocation and enforce safety standards across the facility. What We’re Looking For? • High School Diploma or GED. • 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance, custodial, or facility management. • Valid driver’s license; forklift and vehicle operation experience. • Strong knowledge of plant systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security, fire alarms, sprinklers). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent teamwork/organizational skills. • Ability to lift up to 56 lbs. • Experience with machine shop equipment is a plus.
