P.E, Labellers is seeking a talented Customer Service Sales Manager to ensure the company’s customer service objectives/goals are achieved and to provide U.S and Canadian customers with prompt, high-quality product support. The position reports to the LCM Director of P.E. Labellers, USA. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage sales campaigns for P.E USA Customer Service products and services. Products Included: Change Parts, Rebuild/Audit Parts, New Machine Spares, and Service Contracts. • Clearly define and communicate customer requirements and specifications to insure timely and effective solutions, cost build-ups and proposals are developed. • Generate accurate sales forecast to give the organization a clear understanding of future business. • Contact, qualify, and close new Customer Service opportunities and rigorously prospect for new business while following up on leads. • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials to promote contract offerings. • Manage commercial aspects of the order, including order acknowledgement, resolution of open issues, invoicing, collection of payments and customer changes. • Utilize experience, education, technical and product knowledge to develop and close profitable business in line with corporate goals • Acts as the technical expert to the customer for P.E USA Customer Service products • Prospects and penetrates assigned accounts independently • Serves as the key member of the project team to ensure customer expectations are met Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated sales effectiveness with track record of consistent goal achievement and sales revenue growth. • Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Able to interact will all levels of employees, management, and external customers. • Ability to travel domestically (75%). • Technical knowledge of packaging equipment or related industry. • Understanding of commercial terms and ability to negotiate and resolve commercial issues with customers. • Ability to present and communicate Customer Service products, services, and offerings with technical confidence. • Ability to develop creditability with customers, reviewing equipment, and advising customers in their environment
