Job Position: QA/Test manager- Role will be responsible for Planning, Tracking and reporting the progress of testing functions, user acceptance testing activities. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all data validation and correction for CIS • Conduct defect reviews with vendors and internal staff to validate details, identify priority, and plan for correction • Oversee the creation and maintenance of the automated testing suite • Validate interface functionality during system testing • Conduct system test management according to best practices, including tracking and recording of results • Utilize reports and metrics to streamline processes and determine priorities • Develop and implement testing strategies and test plans. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive test cases. • Identify and allocate resources required for UAT activities. • Test Execution and Management: Coordinate and manage UAT test execution, ensuring tests are conducted efficiently and effectively. • Monitor progress, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues. • Work closely with stakeholders to validate test results and ensure acceptance criteria are met. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of UAT objectives. • Facilitate UAT review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. • Gather feedback from business users and incorporate it into test plans and execution. • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues during UAT and develop mitigation strategies. • Ensure all defects and issues are logged accurately and track their resolution. • Escalate critical issues to management and recommend solutions. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze UAT processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance UAT efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in UAT methodologies. Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 160.0 per week Work Location: Remote
