Royal Transmission shop is looking for full time sales manager position . • Working Day : Monday till Friday • Working Time : 8:00 am till 6:00 pm Key Management Skills to Include: • Leadership & Motivation: The ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team to achieve goals and foster a productive environment. • Time Management & Organization: Effectively prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines. • Customer service : Answers phones calls and deal with customers. • Communication and interpersonal • Communication (written and verbal) • Customer relationship management (CRM) • Active listening • Problem-solving • Conflict resolution • Teamwork and collaboration • Sales experience : Min 1 year • Empathy: Understanding a customer's needs and concerns from their perspective to offer a customized solution. • Curiosity & Questioning: Asking insightful questions to discover a customer's hidden needs and gather relevant information.
