Full Description

PRM is seeking a sales and customer service agent to support our growing E-commerce platform. An ideal candidate will have experience in a sales/customer support role and possess strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, over email, and live chat on our web properties. This role will be engaged in direct to consumer and B2B sales, customer service, general marketing tasks/projects, and inventory checks. The majority of day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to creating quotes for inbound opportunities, answering sales calls, completing customer call-backs, providing service to customers with previous orders, and general sales/customer support tasks. This position will report to the E-commerce Sales Director and will be an integral part of a small team for ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as maximizing sales revenue. ABOUT PRM PRM, headquartered in Butner, NC, is a growing E-commerce and manufacturing business specializing primarily in the Industrial Filtration and Remediation industries.
