This role is best suited for a proactive project manager who anticipates needs, meets milestones, and works effectively within a cross-functional team. They should be confident explaining how technology supports providers, engaging comfortably with both medical professionals and vendors. Because the role involves frequent interaction with doctors and their staff, strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance, help providers make informed decisions, and drive accountability to ensure tasks are completed on time and at a high standard. They are naturally curious, eager to learn new skills, and thrive as problem solvers who get things done with persistence and professionalism. Partner with various teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on key initiatives. The salary range for this role is $81,000 to $90,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs).
