As a member of the Marketing team, you will assist in presenting our products in ways that strengthen our brand and articulate our value to both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will contribute to engaging marketing programs that reach the target audiences for each product. To be successful in this role, you need to be a motivated self-starter and a strong team collaborator. The ideal candidate will be familiar with marketing operations and foundational product marketing concepts, including campaign deployment, market research, and messaging support. Assist the Product Marketing team in translating Privia’s product value proposition into compelling narratives that address customers’ challenges, describe benefits, and differentiate us from competitors. Draft, build, and send email campaigns in Pardot for customer and prospect audiences, using A/B testing and segmentation to meet or exceed KPIs. Maintain CRM and marketing automation systems to ensure accurate campaign execution and reporting. Support the handoff of warm leads and prospect information to product teams. Help coordinate requests from external vendors and internal stakeholders while building strong working relationships. Support new market launches by researching healthcare trends and prospect data, sharing insights with the marketing team. Assist with the planning and execution of industry conferences, physician retreat participation, and recruitment events, including registration platforms, payment requests, targeted demand generation, and overseeing "day-of" logistics. Support the creation of sales collateral, flyers, fact sheets, talking points, event collateral, and other marketing assets that support business development and customer engagement efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. 0-2 years of B2B marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred. Project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a keen eye for detail. Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot or Salesforce preferred). Strong writing and communication skills, with curiosity to understand customer perspectives and strong judgment around tone, positioning, and differentiation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams (Sales, Product, and Performance). The salary range for this role is $52,000.00-$65,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
