Privé Group is hiring | Project Manager – Real Estate Development (Detroit) Privé Group is seeking a Project Manager to support and oversee real estate development projects in Detroit, with a focus on residential and mixed-use assets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing development and construction processes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. This position requires a hands-on professional capable of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage real estate development projects from pre-development through construction and delivery. • Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, and consultants. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones. • Review construction progress reports, change orders, and cost controls. • Support permitting, zoning, and regulatory compliance processes. • Act as a liaison between ownership, partners, and on-site teams. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. • Solid understanding of residential and/or mixed-use development projects • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and technical teams • Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills • Based in Detroit, Michigan.
