About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a large 15,000 sq. ft. private residence in Aurora. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, trustworthy, and experienced in caring for upscale or larger homes. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptionally high-quality work. What We Offer • Competitive pay at $25/hour • Stable daytime schedule • Respectful, comfortable, and supportive work environment • Consistent long-term opportunity Key Responsibilities • Full housekeeping duties throughout a large private residence • Detailed cleaning: mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom care • Laundry, ironing (if needed), and managing household linens • Changing and refreshing bedding • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all rooms • Occasional errands (must have personal vehicle) • Ensuring a consistently clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment Requirements • Proven experience as a housekeeper, preferably in large or luxury homes • Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards • Ability to work independently and manage time well • Must have a personal vehicle for occasional errands • Ability to pass a full background check • Three professional references required • Reliability, professionalism, and discretion Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
