Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy dental practice. This role requires a strong leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high-performing, patient-focused environment. What We Offer - Competitive compensation of up to $85,000 based on experience, plus potential bonus opportunities - Full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) options, and more - Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture - Opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact in a thriving dental practice Key Responsibilities - Lead and support the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations - Maintain a productive, efficient provider schedule with minimal gaps - Verify dental insurance, manage benefits, and ensure accurate patient estimates - Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances - Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including scheduling, production, and collections - Utilize Open Dental to manage patient records, schedules, billing, and reporting - Ensure compliance with office policies, HIPAA, and company standards - Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications - Previous dental office management experience is required (5+ years) - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Strong knowledge of Oral Surgery, Perio, Endo, and general terminology and procedures - Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice - Experience with insurance verification, AR, and financial reporting is a plus - Proficiency with Open Dental software - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset If you are a driven, organized, and people-focused leader looking to advance your career in dental management, we encourage you to apply.
