Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible to lead our sales team and enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of sales management. Responsibilities * Oversee and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve high performance and meet goals.  * Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging team collaboration and development. * Desk deals effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. * Provide guidance on inventory controls, pricing strategies, and vehicle appraisals. * Address customer escalations and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and follow-up through CRM systems and e-leads. * Conduct regular training sessions for sales consultants to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. * Develop and implement ongoing improvement opportunities for the sales process and team performance. * Ensure the lot presentation is visually appealing and reflects the quality of our vehicles. * Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote vehicle inventory and dealership events. * Additional duties as requested.  (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) Reporting Structure Reports to General Manager Ideal Skills & Experience * 2-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry. * Experience in supply chain, finance, and insurance is preferred. * OEM expertise is a plus. * Multilingual candidates are preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base. * Valid driver’s license is required.
