Position: Presales Manager (Solution Architect) Location: United States (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Client is a leading digital transformation partner for banking and fintech organizations. We specialize in accelerating go-live outcomes through innovative solutions, domain expertise, and robust delivery frameworks. We are seeking a seasoned Presales Manager (Solution Architect) to lead our pre-sales initiatives and engage directly with clients across the banking and fintech ecosystem. This is a client-facing role that bridges business requirements and technology strategy to design impactful, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Sales teams to generate, shape, and convert new business opportunities, including new logos and cross-sell initiatives. • Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business requirements, current tech stack, and propose tailored, high-impact solutions. • Deliver engaging product demos and technical walkthroughs for both business and technical stakeholders. • Architect comprehensive solutions in collaboration with Delivery, Product, and Productization teams. • Facilitate discussions on scope, effort estimation, financial modeling, and commercial structures. • Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing strategies. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Treasury Management, Payments, Data Migration, Test Automation, and Digital Banking transformations. • Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery by coordinating with implementation teams. • Support account leadership in articulating value propositions and measuring client benefit realization. • Develop and maintain reusable assets including solution templates, demo scripts, and proposal frameworks. • Contribute to pipeline planning and governance in partnership with Sales leadership. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on process improvement, digital adoption, and emerging technologies. • Stay current with market trends and innovations in digital banking, payments, and treasury systems. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture within banking or fintech domains. • Strong domain knowledge in Treasury Management Systems, Digital Banking Platforms, and Payments. • Proven ability to align business needs with technology solutions persuasively. • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills. • Strong commercial and financial modeling acumen, with experience structuring pricing and outsourcing models. • Willingness to travel for onsite client engagements as needed. Nice to Have • Experience with large-scale banking transformation programs or working within system integrator environments.
