About the Role: As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you will own the commercial success of a portfolio of strategic partners. This role is heavily revenue-driven and focused on accelerating partner-led sales, expansion, and pipeline growth. You will be directly accountable for partner revenue performance, forecasting, and execution of growth initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor to partners, leading strategic revenue conversations, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving adoption across the full product portfolio. By leveraging data such as revenue performance, pipeline health, product penetration, and conversion rates, you will influence partner strategy and prioritize initiatives that maximize revenue impact. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to align partner initiatives with company revenue goals and ensure seamless execution from opportunity identification through deal close and expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and grow partner revenue by actively managing pipeline, forecasting performance, and delivering against assigned revenue targets. * Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners, positioning yourself as a trusted sales and growth advisor. * Develop and execute joint business plans and partnership strategies that directly support revenue growth, market expansion, and product adoption. * Identify, qualify, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full PRTH product and services portfolio. * Lead revenue-focused quarterly business reviews (QBRs), presenting performance insights, pipeline analysis, and growth opportunities. * Source, advance, and close partner-led opportunities. * Proactively identify partner obstacles impacting revenue and work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering) to remove blockers. * Support contract structuring, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations to maximize deal value and long-term profitability. * Drive execution of partner-led initiatives, campaigns, and launches that generate measurable pipeline and closed-won revenue. * Travel up to 50% to engage partners in person, including customer meetings, deal negotiations, industry events, and strategic planning sessions. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success in this role is measured by revenue impact and partner-driven growth, including: * Consistently achieving or exceeding partner revenue targets. * Building a healthy, predictable partner pipeline with strong conversion rates. * Expanding wallet share through cross-sell and upsell of products and services. * Establishing trusted, revenue-focused partnerships with clear joint growth plans. * Leading high-impact commercial discussions that result in new deals, renewals, and expansions. * Effectively aligning partner performance metrics with company revenue goals, market penetration, and product adoption. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED * 3+ years of experience in Sales, Partner Management, or Account Management within the Payments industry. * Demonstrated success owning revenue targets, driving pipeline growth, or supporting partner-led sales motions. * Strong experience with partner reporting, revenue analysis, and performance tracking. * Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce client-ready, revenue-focused presentations and reports. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. * Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. PREFERRED * Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new partner revenue opportunities. * Experience managing and reporting against sales KPIs and OKRs (e.g., revenue, pipeline, conversion rates). * Strong executive communication and presentation skills, particularly in sales and negotiation settings. * Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders. * Strong project management skills with a bias toward execution and results. * Confident negotiation skills with experience navigating pricing, contracts, and complex commercial discussions.
