What You'll Do Join us at a pivotal moment where technology, automation, and customer-centric strategies converge. This role offers the opportunity to scale Seismic across the enterprise, optimize marketing content delivery, and drive innovative engagement strategies that enhance customer experience and business growth. We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the evolution of our distribution enablement platform (Seismic) while shaping strategic marketing initiatives for priority markets. This hybrid role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking—empowering sales teams, improving user experience, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to transform content delivery and customer engagement. Platform Governance & Optimization • Manage Seismic platform governance, including user groups, profiles, and content properties to ensure adoption and compliance. • Evaluate and implement new Seismic features; leverage AI for content and process optimization. Content Strategy & Delivery • Oversee content management, LiveDocs creation, guided assembly, and integration with data sources. • Ensure marketing content is optimized for usability and scalability across the enterprise. Analytics & Insights • Design and maintain dashboards to track content adoption, platform engagement, and enablement ROI. • Translate data analytics into actionable strategies to improve future outcomes. Training & Support • Develop scalable training programs for new and existing users; manage platform inquiries and change management initiatives. Strategic Marketing & Customer Engagement • Develop innovative engagement strategies to activate target markets and drive demand for products. • Execute customer journeys, marketing campaigns, and initiatives that grow brand preference and revenue. • Cultivate deep understanding of target market research, competitive trends, and regulatory dynamics. Consultation & Influence • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, aligning platform capabilities and marketing strategies with business goals. • Influence leaders and decision-makers to gain commitment for sustainable customer experiences. Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, customer engagement, or enablement roles. • 2+ years of proven experience in Seismic, including LiveDocs, guided assembly, content automation and data sources. • Seismic dashboard experience and experience with tracking and analyzing KPIs. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing technology platforms (CRM, email, digital). • Strong track record of bridging sales and marketing to deliver unified customer experiences. • Ability to translate analytics into strategic implications; strong project management skills. • Excellent collaboration and change management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries preferred. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic marketing impact. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $100800 - $182400 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
