Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO Lindon, Utah Position Summary You are the engine behind the engine. You’ll partner directly with the CEO/founder to manage high-impact projects, align stakeholders, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll take ownership of execution, accountability, and coordination across ventures. Your goal: allow the CEO to operate at the highest level, free from operational friction. You will: • Serve as an integrator, driving alignment across businesses • Be your leader’s “air traffic controller” — surface what matters, triage noise, orchestrate priorities • Communicate and hold teams accountable — you are the glue between ideas and execution Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Execution • Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end (from planning to execution to tracking to closure) • Manage and enforce stakeholder commitments and deadlines • Design, monitor, and optimize processes and workflows to scale execution • Generate reports, dashboards, summaries, and insights for leadership Communication & Stakeholder Management • Serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure alignment, follow-ups, and clarity of expectation across teams • Proactively surface issues, risks, and decisions requiring executive attention Calendar & Time Leverage • Own the leader’s calendar: prioritize, protect, and optimize their time • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, buffer time, and context-switch impact • Prepare briefing docs, agendas, pre-reads, and post-mortems for meetings Meeting Logistics • Organize, run, and follow-up on key meetings (leadership, board, etc.) • Prepare presentations, decks, memos, and strategic summaries Personal & Boundary Support • Handle select personal/administrative overflow (as agreed) • Protect the leader’s energy, focus, and mental bandwidth Qualifications & Attributes Must-Have • 7–10+ years of high-level support, operations, or project roles • Experience in scaling startups or growing companies • Strong project management skills (e.g. Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, or equivalent) • Background in marketing, operations, or product • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • MBA or comparable training • Proven ability to influence and lead without authority • Experience supporting multiple ventures simultaneously • Extreme discretion and trustworthiness • Experience with board-level or investor relations • Ability to think 2–3 steps ahead, anticipate needs, and self-manage • Experience with personal/team financials, contracts, or legal admin Nice-to-Have • Experience in scaling startups or growing companies • Background in marketing, operations, or product • MBA or comparable training • Experience supporting multiple ventures simultaneously • Experience with board-level or investor relations • Experience with personal/team financials, contracts, or legal admin Compensation & Structure • Competitive base salary (depend on your market) + performance bonus tied to company and project outcomes • Paid for leadership-level contribution, not just hours • Clear growth path (e.g. transition toward full Chief of Staff, operations lead, or oversight of EA team) How to Stand Out / Why Work Here • You’ll be working across multiple ventures, meaning exposure to many domains • High autonomy and ability to shape your own domain • You will not just “manage the calendar” — you’ll help build the company • You’ll be backed by a founder who expects excellence, gives freedom, and deeply values the right partner PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
