PrimeTurn Property Services is seeking motivated sales representatives to help expand commercial service contracts with businesses including medical offices, restaurants, apartment communities, office buildings, salons, and other commercial properties. This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for individuals who are confident building business relationships, making outbound calls, and generating recurring service opportunities. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to local businesses • Introduce PrimeTurn Property Services to commercial clients • Generate qualified leads for recurring service contracts • Follow up with decision makers and schedule service opportunities • Assist in developing new business relationships Commercial services include: • Office Cleaning • Medical Office Cleaning • Restaurant Cleaning • Apartment Turnovers • Post-Construction Cleanup • Pressure Washing • Property Service Solutions Compensation: • Commission paid on every closed deal • Higher earnings on recurring monthly contracts • Flexible schedule • Remote opportunity Qualifications: • Strong communication skills • Sales, outreach, or customer service experience preferred • Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers • Self-motivated and results-driven This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with earnings based on performance and closed business contracts.
