As we continue to grow, we’re looking for driven, people-oriented professionals to join our team as Wireless Account Managers. Wireless Account Manager Responsibilities • Engage directly with customers in the community to understand their connectivity needs and present wireless and internet solutions. • Manage customer accounts by updating information, tracking service preferences, and ensuring accurate enrollment. • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring each customer has a smooth, positive experience. • Promote and explain wireless plans, internet packages, and device options to help customers choose the best fit for their home or business. • Process sales transactions accurately and ensure all billing and account details are correctly set up. • Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Stay informed on the latest promotions, products, and services to confidently educate and guide customers. Wireless Account Manager Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus). • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, especially in telecommunications, but not required, we provide training. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with new people. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly. • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
