Using your English and Spanish communication skills, you’ll simplify plan options, explain device features, and ensure every customer feels confident and supported throughout their signup experience. As a Bilingual Enrollment Associate, you’ll help bridge language gaps, expand access to essential technology, and make sure customers receive the best solutions for their day-to-day needs. Bilingual Enrollment Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Lead face-to-face outreach to promote AT&T wireless services, emphasizing value, reliability, and cost-effective options for local households. • Guide customers in both English and Spanish by explaining device features, comparing plans, and recommending the best solutions based on lifestyle and budget. • Support account enrollments, upgrades, and activations by confirming eligibility, preparing documents, and ensuring accurate setup of devices and services. • Maintain organized customer records using CRM tools, documenting preferences, service milestones, and follow-up needs to support long-term satisfaction. • Work closely with retail and field teams to keep messaging consistent, help resolve service concerns, and maintain high standards across all customer interactions. • Engage with the Houston community by participating in local events, sharing product knowledge, and helping expand awareness of AT&T wireless offerings. Bilingual Enrollment Associate Requirements • Fluency in English and Spanish, essential for supporting Houston’s diverse communities. • High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in marketing, business, or communications is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, outreach, or any role involving direct interaction with the public. • Strong people skills with the ability to simplify information, build trust, and communicate effectively across different audiences. • Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and represent the brand with professionalism and confidence.
