Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years supporting business applications, strong communication and analytical skills, familiarity with AWS and SQL Server, and understanding of security implications.
Description: • Manage work direction, lead and influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within the team • Oversee execution of key strategic initiatives • Create and conduct logical design based on architectural reviews • Finalize and represent project work on behalf of Systems Analyst IT team for estimation process • Manage, configure, and monitor application servers (e.g., Wildfly on Windows Server); troubleshoot performance issues and support user-facing applications • Understand and implement security protocols including certificate management, encryption, patching, and access controls in alignment with enterprise policies • Evaluate infrastructure platforms and recommend upgrades; support cloud migration efforts, particularly moving on-prem applications to AWS • Analyze application architecture and integrations; develop tools for seamless system interoperability • Operate within ITSM frameworks including incident, problem, change, and disaster recovery management • Collaborate effectively across vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders; communicate clearly in both strategic planning and support scenarios • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server (including scripting and performance tuning), desktop troubleshooting, and cross-system communication Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • 5 years of experience with system requirements and/or supporting key business applications • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills • Experience in pharmacy operations or ability to quickly learn and adapt to the domain • Familiarity with AWS Cloud and SQL Server • Understanding of security implications of domain Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development • Bonuses • Tobacco-Free Workplace
