Position Summary We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and collaborative Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our platform initiatives. In this role, you will serve as both the orchestrator and the hands-on driver behind transforming business needs into actionable outcomes across our platform ecosystem. As a cross-functional leader, you will partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define the platform roadmap, manage interrelated projects, optimize resources, and ensure full alignment with strategic business goals. - Must be located in the U.S. and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours. -This is not an entry-level role — candidates without relevant experience will be rejected. - Work equipment is provided after a successful probationary period. Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Roadmapping • Translate high-level business needs into actionable platform requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the platform’s purpose, user value, and business impact • Own and maintain a strategic roadmap, including new features, integrations, and infrastructure evolution • Align program activities to platform vision and organizational goals Program Coordination & Execution • Manage multiple interdependent software projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery • Resolve cross-project dependencies and optimize resource allocation • Implement governance frameworks, including reporting, policies, and workflows • Align development teams and stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables Risk & Issue Management • Identify and assess risks around security, scalability, performance, and technical debt • Design and execute mitigation strategies and contingency plans • Monitor and report risk status and responses to key stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Build strong relationships across technical and business teams • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on program goals • Deliver consistent updates via dashboards, reports, and presentations Performance Management • Define and track KPIs to measure program health, value, and platform performance • Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement • Contribute to strategic decision-making using actionable insights Sample KPIs • Schedule Variance (SV) • On-Time Completion % • Cycle Time • Error/Defect Rate • Rework Rate • Resource Utilization • Risk Mitigation Index • Budget Variance & ROI Qualifications • 8–10+ years of experience in program management, ideally within technology or platform development • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies • Technical familiarity, ideally with Java, Node.js, or TypeScript environments • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Strong grasp of risk management, strategic planning, and performance tracking • Data-driven with proven ability to manage KPIs and optimize program delivery • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) What We Offer • 100% remote position (must work EST hours) • Work equipment provided after probationary period • Competitive salary and benefits • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a scalable platform • Collaborative, high-performance team culture How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and explaining why you’re a strong fit for this role.
