Job Title: Part-Time Recruiting Assistant Location: Sandy, UT – Hybrid (performance-based remote flexibility) Compensation: $15–$16 per hour Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available) Employment Type: Part-Time About the Role We’re looking for an organized, outgoing individual to join our recruiting team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys talking to people, wants flexible part-time hours, and is interested in gaining real-world experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. What You’ll Do - Make outbound phone calls to applicants who have applied to our sales positions - Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and interest - Schedule qualified candidates for interviews on our team’s calendars - Keep accurate notes and follow up as needed Full training provided – no prior recruiting experience required!
