Position Overview The Compliance Manager plays a key role in supporting the Director of Compliance by leading the development, execution, and oversight of all compliance-related reporting functions. This position ensures that Prime Communications maintains strong visibility into cancellations, fraud, and compliance performance through accurate, timely, and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with a strong understanding of compliance, controls, and data governance - and can translate complex data into insights that drive strategic decisions and reduce organizational risk. Key Responsibilities • Lead Reporting Across Cancellations, Fraud, and Compliance • Develop and manage end-to-end reporting processes for cancellations, fraud incidents, and compliance metrics - including data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation to senior leadership. • Partner with Operations and Loss Prevention to analyze cancellation trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain visibility into fraud and risk trends to proactively identify control gaps and recommend mitigation strategies. • Dashboard & Data Governance Management • Design, implement, and maintain automated dashboards and scorecards that track key performance indicators across cancellations, fraud detection, and compliance. • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data through strong governance and validation processes. • Work closely with IT and Operations to enhance data quality and standardize reporting definitions organization-wide. • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Insights • Partner with Loss Prevention, Operations, HR, Finance, and IT to align data sources, streamline workflows, and support enterprise-wide transparency into risk and compliance health. • Deliver insights and narratives that translate data into executive-level recommendations and inform business strategy. • Process Improvement & Automation • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, self-service reporting, and workflow efficiency. • Support process reviews to minimize cancellations and fraud exposure while improving compliance adherence. • Regulatory & Internal Reporting • Prepare periodic compliance, cancellation, and fraud reports for internal leadership, auditors, and regulatory stakeholders as needed. • Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all compliance reporting commitments. • Leadership & Project Support • Provide mentorship and analytical guidance to compliance and loss prevention analysts. • Support the Director of Compliance with special initiatives, including audits, risk assessments, and system implementations. • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 2--5 years of experience in compliance, reporting, accounting, or analytics, with at least 1--2 years in a leadership or project management role. • Proven ability to manage reporting processes and deliver executive-level insights. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or database querying a plus. • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills -- capable of translating data into meaningful business narratives. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills • Experience in retail, telecommunications, or multi-unit operations. • Understanding of loss prevention analytics or operational risk reporting. • Experience implementing automation or self-service reporting solutions.
