In this fully remote position, you will engage with potential customers, guide them to the services that best fit their needs, and contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team. Responsibilities • Handle high-volume inbound calls from potential customers. • Gather and record customer information and service preferences. • Build rapport to understand customer needs and recommend solutions. • Promote additional services and special offers. • Maintain accurate and organized customer records. • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales goals. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus. • 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required. • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. • Strong phone and communication skills. • Ability to quickly learn and match customer needs to appropriate solutions. • Availability to work between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday–Friday. • High-speed internet connection required for remote work. • Must be located in Houston, TX.
