Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Project Manager to support a major initiative for a prominent client. This project focuses on developing and implementing a scalable career pathing and competency framework for a large, complex technology organization. The Project Manager will coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, structured execution, and on-time delivery of project milestones. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in structured yet fast-paced environments and enjoys driving clarity and momentum across enterprise-level initiatives. Responsibilities • Drive execution of the end-to-end project plan across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. • Coordinate with Organizational Development, Talent, and Technology leaders to maintain project progress. • Manage subject matter expert committee scheduling, deliverable tracking, and documentation. • Develop and maintain dynamic project trackers, risk registers, and action logs. • Support leadership communications and meeting facilitation, ensuring clear synthesis of decisions. • Track and report monthly progress against defined milestones and performance metrics. • Ensure timely review cycles, approvals, and escalation of project roadblocks. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of project or program management experience. • Proven ability to lead enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholder groups. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting executive-level updates and project plans. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Experience facilitating working sessions, capturing input, and aligning stakeholders. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams. • Availability for core working hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST. • Commitment of 20–30 hours per week through December 2025. • Experience in HR, Talent, Organizational Development, or large-scale organizational design preferred. • Familiarity with career architecture, competency modeling, or role mapping a plus.
