In this role, you will engage with potential customers, assist them in finding the best services, and maximize sales opportunities—all while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and collect contact information. • Establish a strong connection with customers to identify and anticipate service needs. • Promote additional services and special offers tailored to customer preferences. • Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers. • Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve shared sales goals. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with proven success in meeting targets. • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette. • Ability to learn quickly and match customer needs with service solutions. • Must reside in Houston, TX, and be available to work shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday. • Reliable home internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload speeds (verification test may be required during the application process).
