Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Client Operations Coordinator to support a large, industry-leading organization in the energy and utilities sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth across multiple markets. As a Client Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute marketing campaigns, streamline business processes, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns for residential and small business segments. • Support campaign development by implementing new marketing functionalities, products, and pricing structures. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements to enhance marketing capabilities. • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution. • Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement automation or process enhancements. • Monitor and report key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and operational outcomes. • Conduct quality assurance testing for marketing communications to ensure functionality and compliance. • Manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering results within deadlines and budget. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support campaign execution and performance tracking. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards for customer communications. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, operations, or a related field strongly preferred. • 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing operations, business analysis, or campaign management. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project). • Experience with SAP/CRM systems preferred. • Knowledge of ERCOT, East, and Canadian retail competition or energy markets a plus. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Technical aptitude for managing data, systems, and reporting tools.
