Full Description

Our client is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst for a Fully Remote 3+ month contract with possible extension. • **While this role is fully remote, the candidate MUST be located in New Jersey*** Pay: $55hr In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and presenting employee data to improve workforce decisions in innovative ways that drive business performance and growth. Requirements: • 5 years of relevant work experience with data and analytics. • Must have experience in HR data analytics with skills in Power BI, Knowledge of Google cloud platform ( preferred), Workday report writing, dashboards and discovery boards. • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the capability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leaders and non-experts both verbally and in writing. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. • Strong commitment to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and an understanding of data security and privacy. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., PivotTables, Vlookup) • Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics • Critical thinking skills in formulating hypotheses and interpreting results. • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to handle high levels of ambiguity The PrideStaff Field Associate Benefit Plan includes: Medical Insurance,Dental Plan,Vision Plan, New Benefits – Teladoc, Mental Health, Alternative Medicine, etc. and 401K plan* Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55.00 - $60.00 Per Hour
