Title: Logistics Coordinator (Administrative Support) Compensation: $21.00 – $22.00/hr (OT 1.5× after 40 hrs) Shift/Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (35–40 hrs/week) About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a fast-paced brokerage in Charlotte to find an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of their local operations. This is a seasonal opportunity (Start ASAP through March 1, 2026, with potential for extension) perfect for a professional who excels at managing documentation and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. You’ll play a critical role in supporting leadership and keeping supply chain projects moving forward with precision. What you will do: • Provide Leadership Support: Assist management with calendar coordination, professional correspondence, and daily task management to ensure operational goals are met. • Manage Critical Documentation: Create, audit, and maintain essential business files (BOLs, rate confirmations, PODs) within the TMS/WMS system. • Act as a Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and carriers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a high level of service. • Coordinate Cross-Office Projects: Assist with data entry and appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth handoffs between the North Carolina and California offices. • Monitor Status & Accuracy: Proactively track shipments and projects to provide stakeholders with real-time updates while ensuring data integrity across all platforms. • Administrative Triage: Assist with quality control efforts, including documentation for claims or billing discrepancies.
