Laboratory Technician Pay: $18.00/hour Location: Akron, OH Key Responsibilities: • Performs lab work as assigned from Supervisory Personnel • Responsible for project testing and computer reporting • May represent group in multi-group projects • Other duties as required. Key Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience knowledge • GC/MS or wet chemistry experience is preferred. • Associate’s degree in chemistry preferred • Work well in a group environment • Familiar with laboratory apparatus, hand tools, and some power tools • Works directly under Supervisor, closely with other technicians • Energetic team player • Help cultivate a positive work environment • Attention to detail Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
