Title: Float Phlebotomist-III Location: Alpharetta, GA 30022 Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (40hrs/week) Pay Range: $19.85- $21.79 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume ✅ Key Responsibilities: • Perform venipuncture and capillary draws on all age groups. • Verify patient ID and accurately label specimens. • Enter patient and test data into systems efficiently. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Travel to various sites as needed; flexible scheduling required. • Follow all company policies and standard procedures. • Communicate effectively with patients and team members. ✅ Experience Required: • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. • At least 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center (PSC) or similar healthcare setting preferred. ✅ Qualifications Required: • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. • Phlebotomy certification preferred • Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record • Willingness to attend training sessions, with training location subject to availability of trainers.
