Note: We are only open to Individuals who reside in India for this position. About the Role: We are seeking a sharp, adaptable Digital Content Specialist to join our small, high-impact team. This is a role for a "digital athlete": someone who can digest industry news, turn it into a compelling story, and then figure out the best way to distribute it via WordPress, Mailchimp, or YouTube. This is a "learning-on-the-job" environment. We don’t expect you to know every tool yet, but we do expect you to be the kind of person who enjoys figuring out how to connect different platforms to get a job done efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Content Synthesis: Read and comprehend complex industry news, extracting the "why it matters" for our core audience. WordPress Management: Publish articles with clean formatting, manage categories, and use Rank Math to ensure our work is discoverable. Webinar & Email Ops: Build landing pages for monthly webinars, manage Zoom setups, and execute promotional email campaigns via Mailchimp. Newsletter Curation: Assemble our weekly digest, ensuring the most important stories reach our subscribers' inboxes on time. YouTube Support: Handle basic video editing and channel management, optimizing descriptions to ensure our video content reaches its full potential. AI-Assisted Workflows: Use and experiment with AI tools (for writing, SEO, and video) to speed up repetitive tasks and improve output quality. Analyze & Iterate: Regularly look at your work - whether it’s a newsletter open rate or a YouTube view count - and ask, "Did this work? How can we make it better next time?". About You: 2–3 Years of Experience: You’ve spent a few years in digital content, SEO, or marketing and are ready for a role with more variety and ownership. High Reading Comprehension: You can read a dry industry report and explain it clearly to a peer. Logical "Dot-Connector": You have the technical acumen to learn new tools quickly and understand how one action (like a blog post) impacts another (like a newsletter). Growth Mindset: You aren't just an executor; you are a thinker who analyzes the impact of your actions. Tech-Curious: You are savvy with AI tools and comfortable working within WordPress and SEO plugins. Strong Communicator: You believe in over-communication and can take editorial feedback in stride.
