As we continue to scale rapidly, we are seeking a Client Engagement Manager who will be the face of our platform for enterprise clients, helping them unlock measurable value through tailored enablement, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement. Role Overview Client Engagement Manager drives client success and platform adoption across our pricing and revenue optimization solutions. This role blends strategic advisory, hands-on training, and light commercial ownership—ideal for professionals with top-tier MBA credentials or deep pricing technology experience Key Responsibilities • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement for enterprise clients, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction. • Interpret client data to surface actionable insights and guide platform usage. • Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to elevate client teams. • Partner with Product and Sales to identify upselling opportunities aligned with client goals. • Serve as a strategic advisor on pricing best practices and platform capabilities. • Track engagement metrics and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
