We are in our early growth stage with a strong foundation, high-visibility ambassadors, and big plans — and we’re looking for a creative marketing mind to help us tell our story. ⸻ Role Summary We’re seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to help shape Pretty Mafia’s voice and visual presence as we grow. This role will focus on building consistent, elegant, and impactful campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, email, and ambassador channels. You’ll work closely with the founder to bring concepts to life, blending creativity with performance insights. This is a part-time position with growth potential. As Pretty Mafia scales, this role has the opportunity to expand into a full-time leadership role. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Creative Marketing & Campaigns • Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars (content drops, launches, collaborations). • Conceptualize creative campaigns that reflect a luxury beauty voice. • Collaborate with the founder and creative partners to elevate visuals and storytelling. Social Media & Content Execution • Create or coordinate elegant, trend-aware content for IG & TikTok. • Write polished captions, hooks, and hashtags aligned with a luxury brand tone. • Manage ambassador content (reposts, tags, highlights, CTAs).
