Marketing Consultant (Hair & Beauty) — Freelance Location: Fully Remote (USA required) Compensation: $400/month retainer (independent contractor) + free Pretty Mafia products and branded attire Start Date: September–October 2025 ⸻ About Pretty Mafia: Pretty Mafia is where luxury meets culture in the beauty space. We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Consultant to help strategize, execute, and elevate our brand through social media, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives. This is an ongoing freelance role, paid on a monthly retainer, with clear deliverables to keep Pretty Mafia’s marketing consistent, on-brand, and culturally relevant. ⸻ Role Overview: As our Marketing Consultant, you’ll own monthly campaigns, content, and influencer activations, using a content calendar to keep Pretty Mafia’s social presence on-point and on schedule. You’ll help position the brand in the beauty space as luxury, aspirational, and culturally authentic. ⸻ Key Responsibilities / Monthly Deliverables: • Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a monthly Instagram & TikTok calendar coordinating with the creative team and campaigns. • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute 1–2 campaigns/month (product launches, seasonal promotions, pop-ups). • Influencer & Ambassador Management: Source, coordinate, and track influencer content and partnerships. • PR & Media Outreach: Pitch Pretty Mafia to beauty editors, stylists, and media outlets; maintain press contacts. • Advertising Guidance: Recommend small ad campaigns aligned with brand aesthetics; track results and optimize. • Reporting & Recommendations: Provide monthly insights on campaigns, social growth, and influencer performance; recommend next steps. ⸻ Qualifications: • Passion for beauty, luxury branding, and cultural relevance. • Experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or PR. • Creative, proactive, and results-driven. • Strong organizational and communication skills. ⸻ Perks & Benefits: • Free Pretty Mafia products and branded attire • Ongoing freelance role with creative freedom and flexibility • Focus on results, not hours • Opportunity for role and compensation growth as the brand scales
