Job Details Job Location: Arcade, NY 14009 Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: 1st Shift Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist – ISO 27001 Implementation Location: Prestolite Electric, Arcade, NY (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to lead and support the implementation of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role is critical to achieving certification and strengthening our cybersecurity posture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ISO 27001-compliant security policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and gap analysis aligned with ISO 27001 Annex A controls. Deploy and manage technical security controls (firewalls, encryption, identity management). Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance and readiness. Prepare documentation for audits and certification. Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees. Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring proper evidence collection. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience with ISO 27001 implementation and compliance. Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with network security, encryption, and identity management. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($80K–$95K range).
