Senior HR Business Partner Location Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite at the Plano office, 2 days remote) Summary Join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team as a Senior HR Business Partner. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, including employee relations • Proven experience investigating and managing leaves of absence (FMLA, disability, etc.) • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred • Knowledge of cybersecurity environment or related industry experience is a plus Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals • Advise on workforce planning, including managing a mix of employees, contractors, and service providers • Lead employee relations initiatives, investigations, and conflict resolution • Ensure policy adherence and administer employee benefits programs • Analyze workforce metrics to identify improvements for employee satisfaction and business performance • Facilitate communication between HR, management, and external stakeholders • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and staff • Support organizational change and culture initiatives as needed • Perform additional duties supporting HR functions and strategic projects Benefits • Collaborative and innovative team environment with highly skilled professionals • Opportunity to work on impactful, challenging projects for a major client • Located in a prime office setting in Plano, TX with hybrid flexibility • Competitive salary and potential for career growth within a global organization
