Key details: • Title: Senior Manager, FP&A • Compensation: based on exp + bonus, commensurate with experience • Focus: Building and leading the organization’s financial planning function • Responsibilities: Strategic modeling, forecasting, executive reporting, and business partnership • Hybrid - 3 days onsite Addison, TX • Hands on with with building Power Bi dashboards • Systems: Opportunity to select and implement FP&A planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) • Leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts • Environment: Professional services organization experiencing strong growth • Experience Target: 7+ years in FP&A, with at least 3+ years managing analysts
